INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

VGNYsoft is a North America focused publisher, and many of our distribution licenses are primarily for the North American market. However, we are happy to once again offer international shipping to customers in most countries.

To keep international shipping costs reasonable, we use a consolidated shipping service for all international orders.

HOW CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING WORKS

Instead of shipping each package individually using expensive international courier services, our shipping partner consolidates packages traveling to the same country. Once they arrive in the destination country, they are transferred to a local postal carrier for final delivery.

We currently use Asendia for this service.

Most shipments arrive relatively quickly, but consolidated shipping is not an express service. Please allow approximately 7-16 business days for delivery. Customs processing and local postal services may cause additional delays in some countries.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, tariffs, or other import fees imposed by your local government.

Any taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
